Blending together Aimee’s study of western psychology, 27 years of practice of non-dual Shiva tantra philosophy, and modern postural yoga + somatic arts.
**Overview:**
This offering invites a participant to reevaluate their perspectives and broaden their understanding of themselves in their current manifestation. It provides strategies for fostering sustainable change in their lives and the lives of others beyond the mat.
Sessions are 45 minutes long (in-person and hybrid available.)

Sessions are offered in five week, three months, and six month programs.
